- Review and process incoming invoices
- Prepare and execute payments to suppliers
- Maintain and reconcile master data
- Support order processing and ensure smooth operational workflows
- Record incoming customer orders and prepare invoices, credit notes, and certificates
- Perform intercompany reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and HGB
- Carry out balance sheet-related postings in general and subsidiary ledgers
- Take responsibility for the company’s fixed asset accounting
- Contribute to special projects

Your profile
- Completed commercial training, e.g. as an Industrial Clerk or Tax Specialist
- At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting
- Good knowledge of accounting software (e.g. DATEV, SAP) – experience with SAP Business One is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of tax law and accounting standards (HGB/IFRS)
- Careful and accurate working style
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible during periods of high workload
- Basic MS Office skills, especially in Excel
- Independent working style and problem-solving abilities
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Fluent in German
